This video clip was recorded on the third floor of the Rodgers' House Tavern back in July. Robbin and I heard sounds that led us to believe that someone had opened and closed a door beneath us and was climbing the stairs. The masculine voice saying "they're white" came as quite a surprise. We've tried unsuccessfully to disqualify the EVP by duplicating it.

Can paranormal investigators still set up investigations in Rodgers' House Tavern and the upstairs area?
ReplyDeleteThe unfortunate answer is no. The property has recently been sold. I must move out after nearly 12 years. Robin stayed they (the spirits/ghost I've lived with) are not going to be happy... But..I have to go. Perhaps after May 2019, you could consult with the new owner/owners about a meeting.
